Pre-Operation Preparation
1. Clean the surface of the goods to remove sharp protrusions, burrs and debris, avoiding piercing the shrink wrap during wrapping. Prepare a heat shrink gun, professional cutting tool and fixing tape for subsequent operation.
Product Wrapping
2. Unroll the nonwoven reinforced shrink wrap, cover it completely on the surface of the goods, reserve enough wrapping margin to ensure full coverage of all parts, and cut off the excess film with a cutting tool.
Film Fixing
3. Use high-temperature resistant fixing tape to seal and fix the overlapping parts of the shrink wrap to prevent displacement and loosening, ensuring the film fits closely with the goods without gaps.
Heat Shrink Treatment
